1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and DreamFrame (“DreamFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting Continue with Google, creating an account, or using the Service after being presented with these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use DreamFrame for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The Service is not offered where prohibited by law.
DreamFrame is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly operate accounts for anyone under 18. It does not currently provide the verifiable parental-consent process required for a child-directed service under the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Underage accounts may be restricted and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to every use or international transfer of personal information. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable legal bases, permission prompts, and valid international-transfer safeguards. Where separate consent is required, DreamFrame will request it for the specific purpose and allow withdrawal as required by law.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- Provide accurate information and keep your Google and DreamFrame accounts secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by DreamFrame’s breach of duty.
- Do not sell, share, rent, automate, or impersonate an account, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
- One person or entity may not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate rewards, or abuse promotions.
Important notices may be sent in-app, by push notification, or to your registered email. You can delete your account using Account Actions in the app, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The Service and changes
DreamFrame provides tools to create and publish AI-assisted series, characters, episodes, short-form “Sparks,” audio, video, and related creator content; to discover and watch content; and to participate in credit and creator-reward features where available.
Features may be beta, unavailable by language, device, country, age, provider capacity, or account status, and may change. We may modify or discontinue a feature for safety, legal, technical, commercial, or provider reasons. We will give notice where required by law and honor vested finalized balances subject to these Terms.
4. Your content, ownership, and licence
You retain ownership of original content and rights you bring to DreamFrame. You represent that you own or have all licences, consents, releases, and permissions needed for every prompt, script, image, voice, likeness, character, trademark, music element, upload, and publication you submit.
You are responsible for uploaded and published material. As between you and DreamFrame, and subject to applicable law, you are solely responsible for confirming that your uploads and publications do not copy, sample, adapt, synchronize, perform, display, or otherwise use another person’s copyrighted work without a valid licence, permission, or lawful exception. A file being available online, generated with AI, purchased elsewhere, credited to its owner, or altered by you does not by itself give you permission to use it.
You grant DreamFrame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, encode, adapt for technical formats, translate at your request, transmit, display, distribute, moderate, and make your content available as needed to operate and improve the Service. For content you publish, this licence also permits discovery, playback, sharing, previews, and promotion of that content and DreamFrame. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, prior authorized uses, legal retention, and copies made by others.
You must clearly identify mature or sensitive themes using available controls. Do not assume an AI output is automatically copyrightable, unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights. Rights in AI outputs vary by jurisdiction and provider terms.
5. AI-specific terms
- Inputs: You authorize us and our processors to use submitted prompts and selected media only as needed to provide the requested generation, transcription, storage, moderation, security, and support.
- Outputs: AI is probabilistic. Outputs can be incorrect, offensive, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or similar to material generated for another user. Review before using or publishing.
- No professional advice: Outputs are creative tools, not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
- Real people: You may not clone, manipulate, or impersonate a person’s voice, face, body, or identity without their informed authorization and a lawful purpose. Label synthetic or materially altered content where required.
- Responsibility: You—not DreamFrame or an AI provider—are responsible for how you use, edit, disclose, and distribute an output.
We may apply automated and human safety checks, reject prompts, withhold outputs, add labels, or remove AI-generated content when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or platform policy, or enforce these Terms.
Depending on your location, data-protection laws including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil LGPD, Canadian privacy laws, the Australian Privacy Act, India’s DPDP framework, and other state or national laws may grant mandatory rights. Those rights are not waived by these Terms. DreamFrame’s regional disclosures, request methods, international-transfer mechanisms, and children’s privacy position are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use DreamFrame to create, upload, publish, request, promote, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or any attempt to sexualize a person who may be under 18;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, stalking, doxxing, trafficking, extortion, or exploitation;
- credible threats, terrorism, instructions for violent wrongdoing, self-harm encouragement, or targeted harassment and bullying;
- hate content or discrimination attacking protected characteristics;
- fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, election deception, fake official records, malicious code, or unlawful surveillance;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- illegal goods, services, gambling, or activity; obscene content prohibited by law; or content designed to evade safety systems.
You also may not scrape the Service, reverse engineer protected components, overload infrastructure, bypass access or credit controls, manipulate rankings or engagement, generate artificial views, interfere with ads, submit false callbacks, or use bots, device farms, VPN manipulation, self-dealing, or collusion to earn rewards.
7. Moderation, reports, and intellectual-property complaints
DreamFrame may review, restrict, demonetize, age-limit, unpublish, remove, preserve, or disclose content, and warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary. We are not obliged to pre-screen every item and do not endorse user content.
Use in-app reporting tools to report objectionable content or accounts. We may consider context, severity, repetition, legal obligations, and appeals. Blocking limits interactions available through the Service but cannot erase copies outside it. For copyright or other rights complaints, email the address below with the work or right, the material and location, your contact information, a good-faith explanation, and confirmation that the report is accurate and authorized.
A report alone does not establish infringement or automatically penalize a creator. DreamFrame may temporarily restrict access while reviewing a sufficiently detailed complaint. After review, we may dismiss the report or remove the affected Spark, Series, episode, character, audio, image, or other material. We may notify the uploader and provide an appeal or counter-notice route where appropriate or legally required. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account restriction or termination.
8. AI credits, purchases, and refunds
- AI credits are limited, revocable, non-transferable digital units usable only for eligible DreamFrame features. They are not money, property, a deposit, cryptocurrency, investment, or claim against DreamFrame and have no cash value.
- Purchased credits are consumable in-app products processed by Google Play or Apple. Store-displayed price, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refund mechanisms apply. We do not guarantee a refund after credits are consumed, except where required by law or store policy.
- Credit cost may vary by generation type, provider, length, quality, retries, or disclosed promotions. The applicable amount should be shown before confirmation.
- A failed generation may be retried or credited according to the recorded job outcome. Abusive retries, chargebacks, refunded purchases, duplicate receipts, or fraud may result in reversal or account restriction.
- Promotional credits may have separate disclosed conditions. We will not expire purchased credits unless disclosed at purchase and permitted by law.
- Exporting a completed Spark or rendered episode may require the disclosed one-time AI credit charge. An export entitlement permits future in-app exports of that item without another export charge while the entitlement remains valid, but it does not grant ownership, copyright clearance, music synchronization rights, publicity rights, or permission to distribute material you do not otherwise have the right to use.
9. Creator rewards and advertising revenue pool
Eligible creators may receive a share of qualifying rewarded-video or Spark advertising revenue. This is a discretionary platform monetization program, not employment, a partnership, an investment, or a guaranteed income.
Spark monetization eligibility
A published, completed Spark becomes eligible for the Spark advertising revenue pool only after its verified lifetime unique non-owner views exceed the eligibility threshold displayed in the Service. The initial threshold is crossed after 500 verified unique views. The first 500 views are qualification views and are not retrospectively treated as monetized views.
After a Spark qualifies, each authenticated non-owner viewer may contribute no more than one eligible unique view for that Spark in a calendar month. Repeat views, creator self-views, artificial or coordinated traffic, invalid accounts, removed content, and activity recorded before eligibility do not contribute to the creator allocation. Monthly Spark pool allocations are generally weighted by each creator’s verified eligible Spark unique views recorded during that month across their qualifying Sparks.
Episode unlocks and creator payout source
An episode unlock gives the viewer access to eligible content. Whether that unlock may contribute to creator earnings depends on how it was obtained:
| Unlock method | Creator payout source |
|---|---|
| Paid credits | May contribute to creator earnings only from the cash-backed value attributable to purchased credits actually used for the unlock. Promotional value, taxes, app-store or payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, and fraudulent transactions may be excluded or reversed. |
| Promotional credits | No creator payout. Free, bonus, trial, goodwill, or other promotional credits may unlock content but have no cash value and do not create withdrawable creator earnings. |
| Rewarded ad | May contribute an allocation from verified net advertising revenue actually attributable to a valid rewarded-ad completion, under the monthly finalization and creator-share rules below. An ad completion or episode unlock does not guarantee a fixed payout. |
| Creator viewing their own episode | No creator payout. Self-views and other self-dealing activity are ineligible, regardless of the unlock method. |
Reusable character licences
Eligible creators may choose to list approved characters for reuse in another creator’s series. A listing grants only the limited, non-exclusive in-app licence displayed at purchase; it does not transfer ownership of the character or permit separate resale, export, impersonation, or use outside the licensed DreamFrame series.
Character prices may vary according to demand, successful paid licences, quality, promotions, and other disclosed marketplace factors. Creator revenue-share percentages are configurable and may vary by character, tier, or campaign. The character price, cash-backed portion, applicable creator-share percentage, and pricing version recorded when a licence is confirmed govern that transaction; later configuration changes do not retroactively change it.
Only the net cash-backed portion of paid credits used for an eligible character licence may contribute to creator earnings. Promotional credits, self-licensing, refunds, chargebacks, invalid transactions, and fraudulent or manipulated demand do not create creator earnings. Character earnings remain estimated until finalized after applicable payment, fraud, and adjustment checks.
Estimated earnings
Amounts marked estimated are provisional information based on verified eligible rewarded completions, eligible Spark unique views, and the applicable estimated monthly revenue pool. They are not a debt, vested balance, or promise of payment. Estimated earnings cannot be withdrawn, transferred, spent, or converted to AI credits.
Removed or infringing content
Content removed after a confirmed copyright or other material policy violation is ineligible for creator rewards from the affected activity. Content-attributable estimated earnings may be cancelled, and unpaid finalized earnings attributable to that content may be withheld, reversed, or set off, to the extent permitted by law. DreamFrame records the basis and amount of an adjustment and provides an appeal route. We do not deduct unrelated creator earnings or purchased AI credits merely because a report was filed. Amounts already paid are handled only as permitted by applicable law and any valid recovery claim.
Monthly finalization and 70% creator share
After receiving and reconciling the mediation platform’s monthly report, DreamFrame separately calculates the finalized qualifying rewarded-ad revenue pool and Spark advertising revenue pool. Seventy percent (70%) of each finalized pool is allocated among eligible creators according to the applicable verified activity described above. DreamFrame retains thirty percent (30%) of each pool as the platform share.
The source report may include revenue delivered through Unity LevelPlay and participating mediated networks. Finalization may exclude or adjust taxes, store or network corrections, clawbacks, uncollected amounts, invalid traffic, bot activity, duplicate callbacks, self-views, incentivized manipulation, policy-violating content, reporting errors, and amounts not attributable to eligible creator content. Rounding may apply.
We may change eligibility, allocation mechanics, or the program prospectively with notice. We may pause the program or withhold disputed amounts during investigation. We will not convert estimated revenue into credits.
10. Finalized earnings, withdrawals, and taxes
Only amounts expressly marked finalized and available in your creator wallet may qualify for withdrawal or any wallet feature. Withdrawals are subject to the displayed minimum threshold, supported country and currency, identity and payment verification, sanctions screening where applicable, accurate payout details, fraud review, and any legally required tax information or withholding.
Processing times are estimates. Payment-provider charges, currency conversion, lawful tax withholding or other deductions, reversals, and failed-transfer costs may affect the amount received where disclosed and permitted.
If DreamFrame offers conversion of a finalized wallet balance to AI credits, the rate and confirmation will be shown before conversion. Such a conversion is final once completed except where law requires otherwise. This never applies to estimated earnings.
11. Suspension, termination, and effect
You may stop using DreamFrame and delete your account. We may restrict content or suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, legal obligation, provider requirement, or threat to the Service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Termination may cancel unvested estimates and promotional credits. Properly purchased unused credits and valid finalized creator earnings will be handled according to applicable law, store rules, fraud and rights review, content-attributable adjustments described above, and these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, licences needed for retained copies, finalized obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and enforcement survive termination.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particular creative results, revenue, audience growth, output accuracy, non-infringement, or compatibility with every device or provider. Nothing excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of opportunity, audience, goodwill, data, or expected revenue arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid DreamFrame through the applicable app store during the six months before the claim or INR 5,000, except where a higher or unlimited liability is required by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or non-excludable consumer rights.
You will be responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, or material breach of these Terms, but only to the extent permitted by law and attributable to your conduct.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory rights available where you live. First contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless mandatory consumer law permits or requires another forum.
You may use any grievance, consumer-dispute, data-protection, app-store, or statutory remedy available to you. Nothing in these Terms prevents reports to a regulator, emergency authority, or law-enforcement body.
14. Changes, severability, and contact
We may revise these Terms for new features, providers, risks, or laws. We will post the new effective date and give prominent notice, and request renewed acceptance when required. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree, stop using and delete your account before they take effect.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it with the Service subject to law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement about the Service.
