Delete your DreamFrame account

Delete directly in the app

1. Sign in to DreamFrame.
2. Open Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account.
3. Review your content and balance summary, acknowledge permanent deletion, and confirm.

If you have earnings currently eligible for withdrawal, DreamFrame will ask you to withdraw them first. A pending payout must finish before the account can be deleted. AI credits, wallet value, estimated earnings, DF Coins, and finalized earnings that are not withdrawable are forfeited after you confirm.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the Google email address registered to your DreamFrame account. Use the subject DreamFrame Account Deletion Request and state that you want your DreamFrame account and associated data permanently deleted. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What deletion removes

• Your Firebase Authentication account, profile, preferences, notification data, watch history, drafts and uploaded profile or creation media.
• Your Series, episodes, scenes, characters, Sparks, generated media and published content.
• Your reviews, likes, view records, reports, blocks, unlocks and other account-linked interactions.
• Your ad-reward identity and account-linked generation, analytics and operational records.

Anonymous aggregate statistics may remain. Minimum purchase, payout, accounting, fraud, tax, security and legal records may be retained only when necessary and are separated from your deleted profile identity. Backups and provider caches may take a limited period to expire.
